Open Iceberg

It's still your good old Iceberg salad, but for plating's sake I made it prettier.

Also, the lettuce wedges look like little boats. Get it? Iceberg - Boats :-)

And they are filled with fish.

Ingredients:

Lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

Salmon - oven-roasted or fried

Shallot, cut in rings

Teriyaki sauce

Garlic dressing

Pick the biggest and wholest lettuce leaves.

Place them at the bottom of the bowl.

Break the salmon with your hands into small pieces and place inside the lettuce wedges.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them lengthwise over the border s between the leaves. This will hold them down, and it looks nice :).

Scatter the shallot rings all over.

Sprinkle with teriyaki and the dressing.
